          <inserted>The Department of Human Services has consulted with the multi-agency Youth Justice Aboriginal Advisory Committee and the South Australian Aboriginal Advisory Council. Discussions have also occurred with the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation, the Commissioner for Aboriginal Engagement, Commissioner for Aboriginal Children and Young People, as well as the Narungga Nations Aboriginal Corporation and key Aboriginal organisations, such as the Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement Inc. Community have covered both regional and Adelaide metropolitan areas, Port Augusta, Port Lincoln and Murray Bridge.</inserted>
