          <inserted>The approach to co-designing a new state plan has included cross-agency consultation and community engagement including formal community engagement, a staff survey, design labs and workshops. All major non-government organisations and partner agencies were offered the opportunity to provide feedback and pass on the feedback opportunity to key stakeholders, including young people. Engagement continues with Aboriginal communities, young people and their families, and key partner agencies, to further inform the development of the key deliverables and key performance indicators.</inserted>
