MARSHALL: —opponents to reform have been out there, in some ways scaring the people of South Australia. I have had a lot of calls over the last 20-something hours saying that they are very relieved that some people got it wrong and that they are actually in line for a reduction. MARSHALL: Of course, as we know—we have published the figures already—92 per cent of those individual investors will be better off, not worse off. They will be better off under the land tax reform, delivering $70 million over the next three years.
