MARSHALL (Dunstan—Premier) (14:44): The Minister for Environment and Water makes disclosures, as all members of parliament make their disclosures, and they abide by the laws. We are all required to abide by the law. Everybody makes their disclosures in accordance with the practice of this house, and that is precisely what the member for Black has done.
