MARSHALL House of Assembly The Hon. S.S. MARSHALL: It's not one that we are rushing. I note that what was done under the previous regime was to announce one day and implement the next day. As I was saying, we are committed to this reform. It's a reform that will actually deliver lower land tax in South Australia. It's an important reform. It will be introduced into the parliament before the end of this year so that it can be in place to deliver lower land tax for this state as of 1 July next year.
