          <by role="member" id="4338">The Hon. S.S. MARSHALL:</by>  The reality is we have a lot of work to do to fix up the mess that we inherited from those opposite. As you would appreciate, we are applying ourselves diligently to that task. We have made a start. When we look at the statistics that we now see before us, we are very pleased. There are some very good green shoots. My friend the Minister for Innovation and Skills just a few moments ago talked about some of the very, very good green shoots in terms of employment in South Australia and in terms of skills in South Australia.</text>
        <text id="201907234d28ead87b2d4a8990000635">The Minister for Planning, Transport and Infrastructure earlier today spoke about the massive build program that is underway in South Australia. These are all complex programs and complex projects, but they are projects that we have the mettle for, that we are up for and that we are going to be delivering for the people of our state.</text>
