You have the situation under the current legislation where somebody who might have exactly the same land value held in a single entity, or a single property, having a completely different levied land tax liability from somebody who might have exactly the same value but held over a number of entities.</text>
        <text id="20190723bdc663dbdf2548fa90000455">We think this is inequitable. We want to drive lower land tax overall in South Australia. The previous government were happy to kick this issue down the road. They weren't prepared to deal with this necessary reform. Well, we are going to be dealing with this—</text>

MARSHALL:</by>  —issue, and our commitment to the people of South Australia is that we want land tax reform, and ultimately what we need is lower land tax in South Australia. That's what we took to the election and that's what we will be implementing.</text>
