          <inserted>The Department for Child Protection has directly negotiated with the Department of Human Services to invest in that department's existing statewide financial counselling program, as well as providing further support to Relationships Australia and CREATE Foundation Limited. All new clients requiring financial counselling services will be considered for referral to one of the identified providers.</inserted>
