KNOLL (Schubert—Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Local Government, Minister for Planning) (14:24):</by>  I can confirm that there has been no discussion about outsourcing of tram services with any operator. It's a decision that was taken by cabinet and discussions that have been had internally within the department. Until that tender was released on Tuesday, nobody external, certainly not from the mouth of myself or anybody from cabinet, was made aware at all of any such tender.</text>
