KNOLL: I wish to update the house to say that in 2011 the bus area contracts were tendered. ATE, trading as SouthLink, was awarded the areas of outer north, outer south and the Hills. In 2015, Keolis Downer purchased ATE and, under the contract conditions, ministerial consent was required as the control of the company had changed. That ministerial consent was granted at that time.
