I am happy to make inquiries, but there is a usual process to the way that these things work. There is a very strong assurance framework that exists within the department to make sure that there is strong transparency and probity about how these tenders are operated.</text>
        <text id="20190703b61b42d430af46bca0000671">My department is one that tenders things all the time. It actually has a long history of outsourcing that predates this government. It outsources quite a whole series of different services, and it has a usual way that it deals with things and I would expect that that will continue.</text>
