S.K. KNOLL (Schubert—Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Local Government, Minister for Planning) (14:33): I haven't been advised who are the participants in phase 1 of the bus tender. I make it quite my business, when we go into tender phases for various projects—which the department does all the time—to make sure that I stay well clear of that as far as I possibly can. What I would also say is that we have a very strong and robust probity process in relation to how that tender operates. Again, can I point this out: you can look at a glass of water and see it as either half full or half empty.
