KNOLL (Schubert—Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Local Government, Minister for Planning) (14:33):</by> I haven't been advised who are the participants in phase 1 of the bus tender. I make it quite my business, when we go into tender phases for various projects—which the department does all the time—to make sure that I stay well clear of that as far as I possibly can. What I would also say is that we have a very strong and robust probity process in relation to how that tender operates. Again, can I point this out: you can look at a glass of water and see it as either half full or half empty. On this side of the house, we see the glass as half full, and we are doing everything we can to fill it up further.</text>
