We have now appointed the board, which has three members of the Public Service in South Australia: we have the Under Treasurer, the Chief Executive of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and the Chief Executive of the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI). We also have independent people who are put onto that board, and it is chaired by Tony Shepherd, who we believe has had extensive experience in infrastructure in Australia. That board is working through its first advice to government. My understanding is that that will come in the coming months.</text>
