It would be a surprise if I had that level of detail on behalf of the Minister for Health and Wellbeing. I understand the gist of the question is that the member is suggesting that the facility is not operating as per its charter currently. I am happy to go to the Minister for Health and Wellbeing and try (1) to ascertain if that's the fact, and (2), if it is, on what date did that start to happen.</text>
