MARSHALL:</by>  There is an assertion which has been made in the parliament today by the member for West Torrens that there was a decision made and conveyed to Brand SA on a certain date. I have no knowledge of that, so I am happy to go and discuss that with my department, and if there is anything that I need to come back with and update the house on then I will do so. But I hope the assertion made by the member for West Torrens is accurate, otherwise he may have misled the parliament.</text>
