          <inserted>The proportion of children in family-based care as a percentage of all out-of-home care in South Australia has increased from 83.1 per cent at 30 June 2017 to 85.7 per cent, as reported at 30 April 2019. The government is committed to ensuring South Australia comes into line with the national average family based care placement rate, which sits at approximately 93 per cent.</inserted>
