WINGARD (Gibson—Minister for Police, Emergency Services and Correctional Services, Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing) (14:47):</by> He could have almost bundled them all into one question there and just listed every event that he wants to go through, but clearly they have run out of questions, so we can do this one at a time; that's fine. I will give the same answer as I gave just a few moments ago, and that is: that will be negotiated with police. They will work through that but I stress the point that, where general policing services are required, they will be delivered as they always have. As far as extra services are concerned, if someone is looking to utilise police to cover their security, then that will be negotiated with police and that's how the scheme will operate.</text>
