PISONI (Unley—Minister for Innovation and Skills):</by>  According to the latest figures released by National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) in 2018, the non-completion rate for apprentices and trainees in South Australia who commenced their training contract in 2013 (under the former Labor government), was 33.0 per cent. This was the lowest rate of all the states and territories and 9.0 percentage points below the national rate.</inserted>
