That's all outlined in the contract, and that will be made available on the website, as I discussed yesterday. In fact, they probably have some more stringent KPIs, as we discussed yesterday with the leader, around the 10by20 project and keeping the community safe. I think they will probably be even more strictly monitored than the public system.</text>
