          <by role="member" id="4843">The Hon. C.L. WINGARD:</by>  Again, it was a commercial contract. It followed all the proper due diligence processes. They are a company based in London. They would have had to inform the stock exchange, and the staff at the ARC were informed as soon possible. If I go back to September last year, they were informed that this process was in train. This is no surprise to anyone. It might be a surprise to you, but it's not a surprise to anyone else. We have delivered on our commitment and we are delivering better prisons for South Australia.</text>
