          <inserted>The increase in the Urban Renewal Authority's core debt facility was approved by the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Local Government and the Treasurer.</inserted>

          <inserted>Section 21(4) of the Urban Renewal Act 1995 requires that increases in the core debt limit by the Urban Renewal Authority are approved by the minister responsible for the Urban Renewal Authority, not a minister responsible for any particular project the Urban Renewal Authority may undertake.</inserted>
