KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens) (17:21):</by> On 13 February, at the conclusion of the motion moved for the suspension of standing orders into the Murray-Darling Basin, the Premier informed the House of Assembly that he had tabled, as a matter of priority, the Murray-Darling Basin Royal Commission Report to the House of Assembly and had tabled the Productivity Commission report. I have checked and that has not occurred. I ask you to report to the Speaker my matter of privilege and for the Speaker to consider whether a prima facie case exists for a privileges committee on the basis of the Premier wilfully and deliberately misleading the House of Assembly.</text>
