          <inserted>(a) and (b)&amp;#x9;The information requested in relation to grant funding lines and expenditure is available in the Hansard for the House of Assembly, Parliament of South Australia, on 27 November 2018.</inserted>

          <inserted>(c)&amp;#x9;It is dependent upon the purpose of the grant funding as to whether job targets are attached to a grant.</inserted>

          <inserted>DHS business units are required to manage unexpended funds in accordance with the department's Unexpended Grant Money Policy which requires that unexpended grant money to non-South Australian Government entities are dealt with in a manner consistent with Treasurer's Instruction 15.'</inserted>
