Jay Weatherill, member for Cheltenham, and the Hon. John Rau, member for Enfield, on 17 December 2018. I have since issued writs for by-elections to take place on 9 February 2019 to fill both those vacancies, and I table a copy of an announcement of those vacancies for the seats of Cheltenham and Enfield that I made on 2 January 2019 for the purposes of the Electoral Act.
