CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General): I indicated that my understanding was that 'some kind of memorandum' went from the Attorney-General's Office to the Treasurer and/or to SAicorp with respect to arranging payment of $2.57 million. Having reviewed materials, I confirm that the Crown Solicitor's Office wrote to SAicorp on 1 May 2018. I am advised that the Auditor-General did not request any cabinet documents, cabinet submissions or cabinet notes regarding the payment.
