This was not a private organisation building their own asset base; in fact, the improvements that are made to the Adelaide Oval will become the property of the people of South Australia. This is a very simple equation. I'm really not quite sure why the member for Lee, who puts himself up as the financial spokesperson for those opposite, can't understand it.</text>
