Did the Minister for Correctional Services seek or receive any submissions or briefing from the Parole Board, from Corrections, before the release of a 20-year-old man who went on to be charged with the murder of a mother of two at Noarlunga Centre on 25 October?</text>

CHAPMAN:</by>  —that even if I did, I would repeat the concerns raised in the previous questions—that is, to assert allegations in relation to a matter, in particular an accused, before the criminal courts, I don't want, and I don't think anyone in this chamber would want, there to be grounds for a mistrial in relation to a matter as a result of irresponsible public statements being made—</text>
