WINGARD:</by>  As far as the vests are concerned—I did outline this before—the police commissioner has been very clear on this: he wants to get the right vests for the police force in South Australia. That's why we are doing the trial. That is what the police commissioner wanted to do. I know the shadow minister is very keen to direct the police minister. He has been out in the public talking about this a lot lately.</text>
