We are going to make sure that the budget is properly back in the black, as opposed to the sham surpluses that the member for West Torrens tried to promulgate through his budget process, and we will help to show South Australians that providing a strong budget that is back in the black is a great way to show that we have a fiscally responsible adult government back in charge in South Australia.</text>
