          <by role="member" id="4847">The Hon. S.K. KNOLL:</by>  When we take the oath of ministerial office, it suggests quite strongly that we need to keep faith with the cabinet process. I am someone, as all members of our cabinet are, who makes sure that we have fidelity to that process, and I am extremely proud of it. We don't shy away from the difficult decisions that we have been taking. We have owned up to them, we are working through them and we are being honest in communicating with South Australians about that. We will continue to do that, and I am extremely proud of the budget that we handed down in September this year.</text>
