Ray Finkelstein QC, former Federal Court judge, in his legal opinion states: Except as required or authorised by the ICAC Act or the Commissioner, a person who has been engaged in the administration of the ICAC Act must not disclose information relating to the subject-matter of a complaint or an investigation under the ICAC Act, and that a breach may result in a fine or a term of imprisonment.
