CHAPMAN:</by>  —maintaining this idea that if the new government only had the material that was available to them that had been available to the former government, that in some way there would be an error in the determination to make a decision to settle the Keogh claim. As we repeatedly advised the public and the opposition, further correspondence and further opinion had been received. This was repeatedly asked for by the opposition. We confirmed that wasn't available. I am very pleased that the Auditor-General has confirmed the second date in his report of the second lot of opinion that was received. It confirms what we have always said. I appreciate his review of the matter and his assessment. All members of parliament will note that the Auditor-General reports without blemish.</text>
