          <inserted>During 2017-18 agency budgets were revised to reflect decisions made in the Mid-Year Budget Review as well as any subsequent decisions of the government. Agencies are monitored against that revised budget.</inserted>

          <inserted>Agencies that are not in the general government sector are monitored on a quarterly basis. </inserted>

          <inserted>In the March monitoring report the following agencies were reporting the following variations against their approved 2017-18 budgets:</inserted>
