          <inserted>During 2017-18 agency budgets were revised to reflect decisions made in the Mid-Year Budget Review as well as any subsequent decisions of the government. Agencies are monitored against that revised budget.</inserted>

          <inserted>In the May monitoring report the following agencies were estimating to underspend against their approved 2017-18 investing budget:</inserted>

            <inserted>Planning, Transport and Infrastructure ($121.3 million) as a result of delays by contractors undertaking works for a number of projects including the Northern Connector, Darlington Upgrade and Tonsley Rail Extension</inserted>

            <inserted>Environment and Water ($28.1 million) as a result of delays in a number of commonwealth funded projects including the SA Riverland floodplains Integrated Infrastructure program as well as the Riverine Recovery and SE Flows Restoration projects </inserted>
