          <inserted>The government is committed to the four-year $1.7 million Changing Places program and is working with the partner organisations that were announced by the previous government. Partner organisations have provided, or will be required to provide, a range of documentation and assurances, in accordance with government procurement requirements, for funding agreements to proceed.</inserted>
