          <inserted>The Matrix Program Pilot open tender was publicly released on 15 June 2018 and closed on 17 July 2018. Procurement is expected to be completed in October 2018.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>The service cost for the provision of the Matrix Program Pilot for the two year period is approximately $600,000 and will be fixed for the term of the Standard Goods and Services Agreement. </inserted>

          <inserted>The anticipated completion date for the Matrix Program Pilot is 31 December 2020. </inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>The pilot will provide an intensive outpatient treatment service that includes individual and group counselling sessions that focus on social skills, positive decision making, cognitive behavioural therapy and relapse prevention.</inserted>
