What advice did I rely on? I relied on the advice: 'The Minister for Health and Wellbeing has advised that his office received a copy of the independent review today. The minister will consider the review. Following this consideration the Minister will make a statement.' That is the advice that I received, and that's the advice upon which I answered the question.</text>
