I am sure that is exactly the advice that he gave.</text>

We do not operate the way the previous government did, which was: keep all information to yourselves, release absolutely nothing unless you're forced to. We will take a sensible, objective approach. The minister will look at that report. He will determine for himself whether he believes it is appropriate to release it or not. He will determine—</text>

If the Minister for Health chooses to release this report, it will be because he believes it is in the very best interests of all South Australians, and when he does that I am sure the shadow minister for health—</text>
