His term comes to an end on 16 July, but the cabinet has made a decision and that decision is that Bronwyn Killmier will take up her role as the Commissioner for Victims' Rights for a term of five years. Bronwyn Killmier is currently an assistant commissioner with the South Australian police and she has given 40 years of service to the police force in South Australia. There were two very strong applicants for that position, but the cabinet formed the opinion that the person to take this position forward was Bronwyn Killmier. She will start her five-year term on 1 August 2018.</text>
