          <inserted>The Minister for Health and Wellbeing has been advised by SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) that it is currently funded for and operates with 250 ambulances. SAAS has a current contract with Mercedes-Benz, and places regular orders each year. </inserted>

          <inserted>The Minister for Health and Wellbeing understands SAAS is currently in the process of procuring a replacement contract which is at the evaluation stage.</inserted>
