Minister, about four weeks ago I asked you a question regarding the Regional Growth Fund which you went to the election with. Since that time, have you had any opportunity to establish the criteria for businesses in regional South Australia? The Hon. T.J. The Hon. T.J. WHETSTONE House of Assembly The Hon. T.J. WHETSTONE: Yes, with respect, my office is working feverishly in developing the terms of reference for that Regional Growth Fund. I want to make it very clear that I am going to make sure that that Regional Growth Fund is there to target all of regional South Australia. What I am also going to make very clear is that the terms of reference will be very inclusive. It is going to be about developing regions. It's about regional development. I can say categorically that it won't be there for individual businesses, and as such it won't be there for individuals. So, if you are looking for any more than that, you will have to wait until those terms of reference come out, and that will be somewhere before 1 July.
