MARSHALL (Dunstan—Premier) (14:11):</by>  It is a decision of the Liberal Party, of this government, the cabinet and the joint party room that we will be pushing ahead with the introduction of legislation to deregulate shop trading hours in South Australia. We do this because we know that it is in the best interests of all South Australians. Unlike those opposite, nobody is actually bound to a party position on this side.</text>
