I am not sure what advice she might have received at the time of the closure, or as to the accuracy of the information that was given to her in respect of that. It may be that it was part of the closure that was proposed in relation to Port Adelaide as well, but my recollection is that there was a claimed $1 million saving. Now, it may have been for both—</text>

I am not a member of the former government, thank goodness. I am a member of this government, and I am proud to be so. With great respect to the member, who I am sure is concerned about this issue for her local constituency, the question is how that would be remedied.</text>

As I say, I understand that the cells at the back of the facility are being used for the overload in respect of persons in custody, but, as to whether there has been any deterioration, damage, cobwebs, invasion of bees, bats or anything else, I have no idea at this point, or as to whether it is to be on sold. However, I did inquire of the Courts Administration Authority last week whether it was its intention to nominate the property for sale, and I understand that is under consideration.</text>
