However, my priority, unlike the former government, the Labor government, is to firstly go out and meet all of the department staff to see on the ground what is happening, how we can assist them, what pressure they are under—</text>

When I have visited all of those, we are working on the terrible contracts that the Labor government have left us with in residential care and commercial care, then foster care we need to fix up. There is an endless list of mess that has been left by your government that I am working on.</text>
