I would have to see if there is any advice that could be provided to me about that. Again, I think that the criticism levelled by the Auditor-General about the particular discussions between the former head of the infrastructure agency and Walker Corporation is the lack of record keeping about the particular conduct of those meetings. I think that it is up to that subsequent exchange of correspondence between the two chief executives of Premier and Cabinet and the infrastructure agency to shed further light on it.
