MULLIGHAN (Lee—Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister for Housing and Urban Development) (14:14):</by>  We seem to be stuck in this particular groove, where the Leader of the Opposition is trying to elicit from me, or from government, the details of a certain piece of advice which, if it was provided, was provided for the basis of the government to make decisions about this. Given that a lot of the advice, and the decision-making of course, was made at the cabinet level, there is not really much more I can say about this.</text>
