          <inserted>It is not possible to provide a direct and meaningful comparison of staff numbers over the last two years as there has been significant organisational restructure of TAFE SA's international education activities.</inserted>

          <inserted>This restructure includes realignment of marketing staff and the merger of two formerly distinct units, International Student Recruitment and Transnational Engagement.</inserted>
