As I said in my previous answer, this is something that we want to work very carefully on because we want to make sure that this is absolutely planned appropriately and we consider all the proper options. I don't have it in front of me but I understand that the Legislative Council report proposed that we consider a long lead-in time, a significant lead-in time for considering this across a—</text>

PICTON:</by>  As I said, this is something that the Legislative Council in its recommendation that was made to the government yesterday said, 'Well, you do need to consider an appropriate lead-in time for this.' That is what happened in terms of the Adelaide Remand Centre in making sure that we had the appropriate lead-in time. We didn't rush the decision-making or the planning or the implementation of that at that site, and that is very important to make sure that we maintain the security of our prison system while also looking at these important public health outcomes as well.</text>
