I guess the only other thing I can advise the house is similar to the first statements I made about part of the arrangements that the government entered into with Walker about the ability to effectively have some say over who was that ground-floor tenant. Beyond that, I am not familiar and I would have to familiarise myself and bring back an answer to the house.
