          <by role="member" id="1804">Ms CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (14:16):</by>  Supplementary, sir, to the Minister for Education: in respect of the suspension of section 5 of the act that has been referred to, which is the obligation to comply with the United Nations treaty, if the commissioner has asked that she be relieved of the responsibility to comply with that, why does she advertise on her website in the introduction that the work of the Commissioner for Children and Young People is guided by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the core international treaty which sets out the civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights which all children are entitled to? Having published that, why then, minister, did she ask you—and you say your government acquiesced—to suspend section 5?</text>
